re-entry to uk after 1 year ban

HI Guys,
Need Advice i was refused visa in 2009 due to submitting false bank statement and this applied 10 years ban on me under paragraph 320(7b). Now my ban is getting over soon. I would like to know that
1.Will previous ban effect my new application.
2. Do i have to do any special this time.

It is likely that any future Tier 4 application will look at your credibility very closely. You may find that a university may not be willing to sponsor you for the visa anyway.
