Hello . I hope someone help me with my queastions because i am very confused ,i am from albania and my husban in in Oxfordshire with ILR visa . He has worked as a head chef for 6 months with £24k but he stopped working because the owner of restourant give it for rent someone else . Now there are two weeks that he is looking for another job is there any problem because he changed the job ? Because we want to use 6 months payslip of previous job. It will be a space of around 3 weeks until he find another job . Is this a serious problem ?
My other questions is that i have a Son 2 years old from a relationship before . I have taken a legal declaration that he allows him to live with me in Uk . Does anyone here have head of a situation like mine .
My other questions is , if he cant find job this month do we (me and my son) have another way to go and live in uk for example student visa ? Or is impossible because i have my husband in uk so i can go only with spouse visa . Thank you so much .

Hello . I have a question I am With ILR visa and wont to take my wife from Albanka here in uk, we are ready to apply for sponsor visa . We have 6 payslips from the same employer november 2017-Aprill 2018 than in continiuning have started a new job .15 May and coniniuned , But it was a 2 weeks space not working. Do you think would be any problem ? Does anyone has any experience like ours ? Thank you in advance
