How long have you lived in the UK

can someone advise me please,

I am filling the application for ILR,
Question 7.13 how long have you lived in the UK?
should I put the time since since I granted the visa or the time since I entered the Uk
visa granted 20 April 13, entered the UK 20 August 2013
any answer pleas,

The time since you entered the UK.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
