Hi im a british citizen married to a pakistani guy whom i got a british passport as a spouse . I recently found out that he had a child with another woman and that he married her islamically but obviously cant marry her british as hes marriage is registered to me. The girl he has married has no visa status and is from india and was brought over by her ex husband who has divorced her. can she get a visa because of her child that was born with my husband. And would the woman and the child have any rights. Also she has applied for a visa on the domestic violence route
