Payment in progress

Hello, please can someone let me know how to go about this. Paid my UK visa fee but it has been stuck on 'payment in progress' since yesterday. Now I can not proceed with anything; I can not print my application form and my appointment is in 4 days. Can someone please help. It is urgent

Check if the payment has gone through with your bank, if it has kindly contact HO at

UK Visas and Immigration contact centre
Telephone: 0300 123 2241
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:45pm
Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

If you paid by a VISA card it could also be linked to eeurope wide outage of visa services.
