Ther my friends that are going to reply,
today my letter has arrived for my apporvence of citizenship but I am confused please may you help me, on my old passport has my indefinate visa so what do I do with that

You won't become a British citizen by the way until you've attended your Citizenship ceremony. :idea:

The thing I want to find out about the British ceremony is do I have to send my old passport ( indefinite leave to remain visa) to the Home Office or anything else?

No. You're probably confusing this will those who have a BRP and not a ILR vignette in the passport.
