EEA (PR) form - mistake No second name

Post by aszka88 » Sat Jun 02, 2018 6:37 pm

Hi,

I just made an online application for permanent residency (EEA (PR) form) and made mistake! I missed entering my middle (second) name It does appear on my passport.
I have not yet sent any documents over, does anyone know if this will cause my application to be rejected or if there is any way I could adjust it still?

Thanks for your help!
Joanna.

Hi,

There shouldn’t be a problem if you make a cover letter and mention the mistake as typing error if it’s filled up online, if not, you can attach a cover letter saying that you did a mistake and your will full name is like this and sign it in the bottom of the letter.

Thanks

Would anyone also happen to know if you need to sign printed online application form?
I do not see anywhere to do so, so I am guessing you do not sign, but just to be sure?
