Tier 4 Student Dependent - Work restrictions.

Hello,

I'm the dependent partner of my husband (He is the Tier 4 Visa holder and I'm his Dependant partner), I intend to establish a Limited Company in my own name (Sole Shareholder and Director), and I have the following questions :

- Can I use our Joint Bank Account to finance the company startup and make the first transfer to my Business bank account ? can this be seen as if my husband is engaged in Business activity due to the Joint Bank Account? knowing that my husband's name appears first in the bank statements and my name second.

- If the Business Works well, can he work in the company under Part-time employment contract within the 20hrs limit of his BRP ? Or this again can be seen as engaging in the business activity?

Yes. I suggest you open a separate business account in your own name, with your own money.
