I am currently seeking an administrative review for my T5 visa. I applied outside the UK. I am also however a T4 visa holder and my T4 visa is still valid. I would like to enter the UK while waiting for my administrative result. Would that result in my administrative review being withdrawn?
As in page 11 of the guidance on Administrative Review, it has the text below:
' Can applicants apply for administrative review and make a new application for entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain at the same time?
No. If an applicant makes an administrative review application and then makes a new application for entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain, the administrative review application will be treated as withdrawn.
If an applicant makes a new application for entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain and then makes an administrative review application in respect of a previous decision, the administrative review application will be rejected'

Since I am not a native English speaker, I am a bit confused with the text. Does that mean if I enter the UK with my valid T4 visa now will result in my AR for T5 visa withdrawn? I wonder if entering the UK with my exisiting visa would be counted as a 'makiing a new application for leave to enter', or not?
I have posted in T4 visa board but it seems this is the correct board to make an enquiry about AR, I hope this does not count as a multiple post. Thank you very much, I will be very grateful for any advice.
