Tier 2 to ILR 5 Year -Premium service

Post by shaiderrn » Sun Jun 03, 2018 10:30 pm

Hi all,

i am going for a premium service for ILR after 5 years being on tier 2.

i would like to ask you few things if someone can reply me.

i had successful 3 years with 1 employer when my visa about to expire i wanted to apply for extension but the company license was suspended, i had to apply for JR to get a court decision that i could apply for extension and court allowed me to apply for extension, the name of company was appearing in the list of sponsors ones again, but due to IT issues with Home office we couldn't able to issue a Cos, which we requested home office they said just apply for the visa and submit Cos later on, but then after a week the company name disappeared from the List. My application kept on pending for about 6 months and then after 6 months they refused my application saying COS not provided. as soon as it refused i got another job and i applied for tier 2 visa extension immediately within 14 days. i got the visa within 1 month.

my 5 years on tier 2 suppose to complete in January 2018 but i waited few more months as i was waiting for my previous visa application results..... Now i am bit worried whether my case is a strong one or not i am going for a premium service this month and i am really stressed what would be the outcome. Salary or holidays are within the requirements, everything else is up to date its just this 6 month period i am worried of.

i am submitting these documents

1) Employer letter
2) Current employer + previous employer holidays letter
3) 6 month paysli + 6 month bank statement + 5 year P60
4) Council tax letter as a proof of residence
5) Masters Degree
6) All home office letters + JR court letters
7) Life in the UK
8) 2 Photos
9) Old and current passport + Biometric card

Any suggestions or recommendation from you guys would help on whether are these enough docs or need to submit some more and what are my chances bit worried :( .....
