I am enquiring for one of my friend's behalf. He is planning to apply Tier 1 Entrepreneur from Pakistan.

Is there any requirement for a director to have a job position above level 4 or a skilled job in the company. Can he buy a franchise of Dixy or Any off licence chain or business has be on a specific level. ?
