Received a letter approving ILR but no BRP received yet

Hello everyone ; I received a letter informing me that my application has been approved on 18th May.I still haven’t received the BRP card and it’s 10 working days today .I have used the immigration link on the government website informing them that I haven’t received the BRP.Im starting to panic now as I’ve read stories where some people didn’t receive the BRP in months .Ive contacted dx courier who supposed to deliver the card and they haven’t received anything form home office .Is it worth it to write to the person who sent me the decision letter ?
