Tier 2 In Country Application - Premium Appointment time

Hi All,

I am looking to apply for change of employer under Tier 2 General. The immigration team is preparing my application. What is the current timeline for getting an appointment in the in person premium service centers? Is there any center better?

Wondering if the wait time for getting in person appointment is more than 4-5 weeks, if its better to go for postal priority?

any feedback or timeline to book appointment that anyone face would be much appreciated
