ILR for Tier-2 Dependants

Post by Echoes » Tue Jun 05, 2018 5:56 pm

Hi,

I was granted ILR via Tier-2 General route in March this year. I am now in the process of making an ILR application for my wife and two children using the online SET (O) form. I am a bit perplexed as the online form does not ask for any cohabitation documents. Can anyone please confirm if these are no longer needed? I can arrange the documents just want to keep the application as simple as possible.

Also, are any of my documents relevant to this application? e.g. my ILR BRP or passport etc.?

I'm planning to submit the following documents:

1. Passports for wife and children
2. Photos for wife and children
3. LITUK pass letter for wife
4. B1 pass certification for wife
5. Marriage certificate
6. My latest monthly bank statement
7. Our joint bank account statement
8. Cohabitation documents (if still needed?)

Would these documents suffice or do I need to include more?

Many thanks
