British Citizen Living in Ireland

I am living in Ireland as a British citizen, I have a Venezuelan partner of 3 years, and he is my EU family member, Can I take him to the UK without him having to get a visa?

Are you married or in a civil partnership or have you lived together in a "relationship akin to marriage" for at least two years? Does your Venezuelan partner hold an Article 10 Residence Card issued by the Irish authorities?
