Main Applicant Due ILR; Dependents Outside Country

Post by Jack&Jill » Thu Jun 07, 2018 8:14 pm

Dear Immigration Board Advisors/Gurus/Mentors,

I'm T2 main applicant and eligible to apply ILR on 15th June 2018. I've dependents, my wife & baby(born in UK). At the moment they are outside UK(not more than 180 days) and their dependent visa's valid until May 2019. Much appreciate if you answer to this below questions. Many thanks in advance.

1) When I apply & get ILR, will their status become invalid visa (or) still they will be considered as Tier 2 dependents??

2) Are they able to enter at any time with their T2 dependent visa's??

3) Is the 180 days rule applicable for dependents as well?
