Dependant can’t apply due to 6 months course

Hello,

I am studying a professional qualification and yesterday was my last exam which didn’t went well. So my problem is if i didn’t pass the paper i have to resit and will get visa for 6 months and i will not he able to sponsor my dependant.

I want to ask is there other options by which my dependant can apply to stay?

Secondly can i change my course without completing my last paper?
