Hi,
I have just got a new emolyement and joined as weB Developer it’s just been a month but now I got another offer as full stack with higher package can i apply for this visa immediately or will there be an issue.

You can apply for another visa is you like. Ensure that the appropriate steps have been followed e.g RLMT etc. Also make sure you dont resign from your current job until you have the visa for the new job.

UKVI doesn't care if you apply for another visa a month after getting a visa. it is your money.

UKVI doesn't care if you apply for another visa a month after getting a visa. It will only cost you money, as you will need to go through the whole application process again and pay all the associated fees.
