Hi everyone. I am an illegal immigrant and I applied for leave to remain in January. I applied based on my child who is British and his mum also British. I have done my biometric but I haven't heard anything back since. I will like to know how long it took people to hear back from home office with their application. Thanks

Are you living with your child's mother? If so, for how long?

How did you enter the country? Have you previously held a UK visa?

These applications can take 12 months or more for a decision.
