10 year rule for non UK kids

I have some new case about friend of mine to ask u , if you plz guide us that will be very kind.They came in uk back 2007 with work permit visa.After that their job gone and they been struggled for a long long time to get back on track, finally 2 days ago they been granted 30 month visa.Now all family is on track again.

My questions
Baby 1
pakistan Born baby living more then 10 years in UK with parents , never travel outside uk.Can he apply British passport now if not plz guide when he can ?
Baby 2
He born in UK , he is 9.5 year at the moment, he never travel out side since his birth,Can he apply British passport now if not plz guide when he can ?

Children born outside the UK have their immigration status in line with that of the less-privileged parent. So, what are the immigration statuses of the two parents?

He can be registered as a British citizen using Form T after his tenth birthday. After he is registered as a British citizen, he can apply for a British passport.
