Re-entering to UK after 10 years ban. NEED HELP!!!

Hi,
I had 10 years UK ban and that has been completed last year.
The reason for ban was submitting false documents when I applied for my student visa. (I was working in a small company as a freelancer, Due to my employer problem verification got failed)
Now my company is going to file a tier 2 visa.
I'm so worried about my past travel ban.
Experts please tell me will this ban is going to effect my application even after 10 years period ?
