Applying for spouse visa for slovenia

I am hoping i will get a help regarding my question. My partner is from slovenia i am looking forward her to come to meet my family in pakistan and we will get our marrige( nikkah ) in pakistan, what documentaion do we need and how long is the process, she is willing to travel to pakistan in October 2018.

If you are getting married there, you have to check this with the authorities there (to see what's needed from a foreigner and you to get married).

She said she will be going to see a lawyer to get as much information she will get on this tuesday,
but my question is to anyone there who has a situation like me being in Pakistan and wife will come there we get married in pakistan so she take those documents or i need to apply in pakistan in the embassy of slovenia for my spouse visa plus do i need my documents translate in slovenian.

The initial step has nothing to do with Slovenia or the Slovenian embassy in your country.
It doesn't matter who she speaks to.

You have to speak to the relevant authorities in your country to find out what documents they need in the case of citizen marrying a foreigner.

Based on the documents AND conditions they tell you, then she will need to speak to authorities in her country to get the documents they ask under the conditions they require.

What is the name of the authority there who is responsible of people getting married?
Did you contact them and ask "I am marrying a foreign citizen, what documents do we need? How do you need them? (translated, apostilled, etc.)"?

I have a question as i am quite concerd would it be easy for her to get a pakistani visa as she is slovenian national and as she found out the closest country who have pakistani embassy are Italy and Germany,

No need to be concerned.

Google says Slovenians need visa for your country.
She should contact the embassy and of course get a visa.
You may need to invite her or send her an invitation so perhaps you should call them and get the information beforehand.

Before doing that though you should find out what documents will be needed for the marriage so she can obtain them and bring along.
