Tier 1 Entrepreneur (English Language test)

Post by bwlsamin » Mon Jun 11, 2018 2:10 am

Hi

My query is regarding my application for Tier 1 visa. Actually, my application of Tier 2 extension is already with the home office with all the required documentation. It's over two years now (11 Jun-18) since I have applied for my Tier 2 extension but now I suspect my extension will get refused.

For Tier 1 one of the main requirements is English Test, since I do not have my passport so I am unable to do IELTS or B1 to prove my English but I have already provided my valid English language certificate to the home office during my extension.

Question 1: After getting the refusal can I apply for Tier 1 visa as a fresh application?
Question 2: If so, will home office consider my original English language certificate as a part of my fresh Tier 1 application? as the certificate must've been expired by now because its over two years.

An instant reply would be a great help. Many Thanks

Regards.

Yes but it also depends of the reason why the Tier 2 extension was refused. A Tier 2 extension will NOT take two years. You need to provide more details.
Question 2: If so, will home office consider my original English language certificate as a part of my fresh Tier 1 application? as the certificate must've been expired by now because its over two years.
Yes if the test is still accepted by HO list of approved tests
