I am on a sponsorship visa where i am allowed 37.5 hours in my primary job with 20 hours in my supplementary job. I work 34.5 hours a week in my primary job, can I do 23 hours in a week in my supplementary job? My job is in the shortage occupation list.
Also, if i am on annual leave from my primary job, can i work extra in my supplementary job during that period?
please advise.

You can take a second job on this visa if you’re working up to 20 hours a week in either:

-the same profession as your main job and at the same level
-a profession on the shortage occupation list
You can also do unpaid voluntary work.

Otherwise, you’ll need to apply for a new visa. You’ll need to be sponsored by your second employer and get a new certificate of sponsorship.

I am on shortage occupation and i work in the same profession in my second job.
My question is- as we have 11.5 hours shifts, and if I do 2 shifts in my second job it comes out to be 23 hours per week. But in my primary job i am allowed 37.5 hours and I do 3 shifts a week 11.5*3=34.5 hours, leaving me with 3 hours. Can I add these 3 hours to my second job and work 23 hours?
Also, can i work extra hours in addition to 20 hours in my second job when I am on annual leave from my first job.

You can only work for 20 hours maximum for your second job, regardless of how many hours you do for your first job.

You cannot work for your second job during your annual leave
