Traveling before the ceremony

Post by SK engineering » Mon Jun 11, 2018 5:51 pm

I have applied for naturalisation along with citizenship in April. Passport fees already been debited on 04th of June & waiting for approval. If I travel now for 2 weeks, will there be any issues? I believe till I attend the ceremony I could use my previous nationality passport.

Regards

You are correct - you can still use your current ID papers - and you have to as you are not yet British. Travelling at this stage should not be a problem, unless you expect queries from UKVI - they normally expect you to respond within 10 days.
