BRP replacement for limited leave to remain

Hi,
I lost and applied for replacement BRP in UK about 9 weeks ago by postal service. I have limited leave to remain. Can anyone please guide how to contact BRP team in order to get idea how much longer it will take. I have to travel and need an idea. I called the home office help line but of no use. The brp office number online is no longer in use.
Any help will be much appreciated.
