Shortage occupation - 40 HRS per week salary calculation

Hi,

I'm currently employed under Tier-2 on shortage occupation list.

The minimum annual salary specified for my SOC code is £32,000. I understand this amount would be for 37.5 hours per week, but i work 40 hrs per week. What should be my annual salary ?

I appreciate your help in this regard, also if you answer this with a salary amount , please share how you arrive at that value , as well , as it would help me to understand the conversion process.
