TB Test for Tier 2 visa applicant

Hi everyone, i have a question regarding TB test requirement for UKVI visas. I am quite hopeful to get my RCoS in end of June so I want to start visa application preparation. Can i apply for TB test date before lodging visa application to UKVI? I heard it takes few days to get TB test date and I want to be sure regarding test result before paying the visa application and consultancy fees.

I think you can apply for TB test a few days earlier, the test certificate is valid for 6 months. They will normally ask you to pay for the test before getting a test date. Anyway you can call the testing clinics to get the details.
