Home office contact

Post by AJE » Wed Jun 13, 2018 11:51 am

Hi all,

I got my brp on the 5th of june with issue date 30/15/2018.

It has been 2 weeks and i have neither received my documents plus passport nor my approval letter. I have looked at the 'processing timeline' post and most people received theirs with only a few days gap betwen brp and documents. I would like to contact home office but cant find the right contact number. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Alternatively, please let me know if this is normal and i need to wait it out? Thanks

You can report that you haven’t received your documents if they’ve not been returned after 10 working days.

Is that a business address, as this is quite common that some parcels may be delivered to another unit with the same post code?

No, this is my home adress. Complex letter and brp were delivered to the same address.

Thank you

Hi Zimba,

I just got a response from home office saying they didn’t get my original request to return my documents. The thing is the link you suggests I should cancel my application which is not what I want to do. Is there some other way I can contact them? Thank you
