SELF EMPLOYED FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT (Evidence List)

Hi All,

My First application was refused due to missing documents in Self Employed Financial Evidence.

I created a list in Second Application based on UKVI requirement, it will be useful for everyone to see my financial evidence documents as self-employed, based on which my wife visa issued today.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT FINANCIAL EVIDENCE
(2017 – 2018)
1. Refusal Letter x1.
2. Self-assessment statements dated (**rd November 2017 and ** April 2018) and Payment receipts to HMRC.
3. SA100 (Annual Self-assessment tax return form copy) for 2017-2018.
4. SA302 dated 19th April 2018 (Tax calculations for 2017/2018) and Tax overviews.
5. Letter of *** confirming Self-employment.
6. *****contract (self-employed contract).
7. UTR confirmation letter dated **April 2018 issued by the HMRC.
8. HMRC Tax paid Summary from 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and current status as of today.
9. National Insurance number letter from HMRC dated ******.
10. **** Bank statements for 12 Months (2017-2018) covering 04 April 2017 - 17 April 2018. (Personal & Business Bank Statements are same, confirming income from the self-employment paid into his account)
11. ****** statements for 12 Months (2017-2018) covering 06 April 2017 - 5 April 2018. (Personal bank statements funded by above ****account used to pay council tax bills, utility bills and mortgage payments)
12. Accountant Income certificate confirmation.
13. Unaudited accounts covering 6 April 2017-5 April 2018.
14. ***** bank statement covering last 3 months for ongoing proof of business.
15. Invoices x 12 months
16. Accommodation Documents.
17. Certified Land registry documents.
18. Council tax bill dated 09/03/2018, Utilities bills, Mortgages statement dated 18/04/2018.
19. Additional Documents:
a. ******Saving account bank statement covering 21/09/2017 – 17 April 2018.
b. SA 302 FOR YEAR 2016-2017 and Tax Overview.


This is standard list anybody does changes based on your requirement.
