Submitting further supporting documents for first British passport application from Pakistan

Hi there. Anyone applied for first British passport from Pakistan.
I submitted my daughter's first British passport application from Pakistan last month through Gerry's visa application center Islamabad. HMPO Liverpool emailed me to submit more suppoting documents within 6 weeks. I have been emailing since 3 days at islamabad.hmpo@gerrys.com.pk to schedule an appointment to submit my documents. But i am not receiving any reply. Is that the correct mailbox to request an appointment to submit further supporting documents. Can anyone help?
