Hello,
My wife is applying for a spouse visa and there is a requirement of 6 months bank statements. I requested these by telephone but they still haven't arrived yet in the post. So I went to the tsb branch and asked for them. They printed the statements for six months. The statements look plain and have no letterhead or logo. It has my name, address, account number, sort code and transactions. Its like a running statement. It is stamped twice on every single page though. There is a stamp for the bank ie tsb and a stamp for the branch address.
My wife submitted her application for spouse visa on 26 May 2018. I have my payslips for the last 6 months covering November 2017 to April 2018. My last payslip for April is dated 30 April 2018.
I have bank statements from my bank (TSB) covering 1 November 2017 covering the 6 months date range of covering 1 November 2017 to 23 May 2018. Though the statements have an issue date of 14 June which is after the date of application it still covers the 6 month period of 1 November 2017 to 23 May 2018 and corresponds with the deposited amounts. My bank statement shows the last deposit from my employer credited on 30 April 2018 and also my last bank statement also has a date of 30 April 2018 and this falls within 28 days of the application which was made on 26 May 2018.
Will these be accepted?
Thanks
