Working on Tier 4 After Course

Hello,

Does anyone know the specific rules around working on my Tier 4 after graduation?

Specifically, I was looking to start work for an employer in September, go home in December (Visa expires January), apply for Tier 5 Mobile Youth, and return work for the same employer in the same job in January.

Does anyone know if this is allowed or if there is specific rules as to what jobs I can or cannot take after graduation on the Tier 4?
