Born in 1978, Non of them were Dutch at the time of birth.
But a colleague of mine who got his Dutch nationality in 1992 and he acknowledged his son and daughter in 2007 when they both were above 18.
He told me that doesn't matter if u were not born at the time of birth your father can stil acknowledge you.
I found the same detail on this page but as I cant speak dutch so couldn't find the document relating to it.

{ I'm not a solicitor, legal professional or immigration advisor, all of my posts are based on my online search and my own PR, ILR (LR), 2 FTT and 2 UTT refused but finally after 3 years of long battle I got my SETTLED STATUS. }
