Special Appointment for Work Visa for Germany

Post by Ubaid Ali » Tue Jun 19, 2018 1:39 am

Dear Members,
Hope, everyone is good in health.

I want to apply for work visa for Self Employment in Germany.
I am trying to book an appointment since 6 weeks but unfortunately, I could not book due to study visa load.

Guys, can you please guide me?
If I can book any special appointment in Pakistan?
Or
My German Partner (German Passport Holder) can book a special appointment from Germany?

Please guide me!
I am really very worried for appointment.
As the slots open at night.
I am waking up the whole night from 12'O clock till 5'O clock every work day.

Thanks for your help and information!
May God bless you!

Student / education visas have higher importance than self-employment or job-seeking.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do besides trying to email the embassy and ask them for help, or, to monitor the spots and find one which might be cancelled.

When is the soonest date you were given?

Good luck

Caravel88...
Dear,
Thanks for your reply.

I think that Self Employment has also importance for German Economic.
Because we will bring investment from Pakistan to Germany.
We will not get any loan from Germany. All will be done by ourselves.
We will create jobs for German Nationals.

When is the soonest date you were given?
I found the slot available in the first week of September but could not book.
May be I was 2 sec late to book. :(
I am astonished to see that there was only 1 slot.

But September is late to apply for my business.

I believe that it should be possible to book special appointment from Germany.

I need some suggestions, please.

Thanks

I am sure your business venture will be successful and benefit the German economy.
And I want to help you. But we have to be realistic here.

Your best option is to contact the embassy via email and tell them in simple terms (ie, keep it short / concise please) that:

- you want to be self-employed in germany
- the business you will be starting
- the amount of funds you will be investing
- the date you need an appointment for + justification (explain your reasons why)

Besides this there is nothing you can do apart from checking frequently to find open spots for application.

For Germany, education is of prime importance and everything else comes in second.

Dear,
Thanks for your brotherhood suggestion.

The appointment system is showing this link now.
https://service2.diplo.de/rktermin/exte ... _locale=en

can you please guide me, what is this?

How I understand it as that it is for German Nationals to book an appointment!!

This line is also stated!
This app allows you to arrange appointments for yourself or another person at one of the Federal Republic of Germany’s missions abroad to apply for a visa or use other consular services.

Thanks

It looks like you need to go here:

https://service2.diplo.de/rktermin/exte ... _locale=en

Then press the Continue button under Visas (Long- and short-term)

On the second page, press Continue button under Booking of appointments for study & work visas

Then press Continue again and fill the form.

Dear,
Congrats. The embassy has updated the following on the appointment system.

ATTENTION: Starting July 2018 you can no longer book appointments directly for study or work visas. Instead, the Embassy introduced a convenient online registration waiting list for applicants. This easy registration procedure allows us to allocate you an appointment as soon as it becomes available in the order of the registrations received.

Dear Caravel88,
How are you?

As per your advise, I had sent the request letter on June 26.
My German Partner has also sent an email to the embassy.

The embassy had issued registration system for work visa on July 2.

I had also submitted the registration form on July 4.

But we did not receive any reply till now.

Do I send a reminder to them?

It is now almost 4 months have been passed since I am getting an appointment.
Please advise!

Thanks

If you are applying for a work visa, do NOT involve your German "partner".

You can and should chase them for your appointment, of course.

Dear Caravel88,

Thanks for your reply.

Partner is in hurry because it is getting late and the season is going to be off.
There is no sales.
So he was asking about my arrival everyday.

He had contacted at Berlin and they told to send an invitation to the embassy.
So he contacted the embassy himself.

He asked again yesterday. I have no reply what I say.
I am afraid, it may not result to dissolve our partnership.

Do I send a reminder letter to them?

Please advise!
I am very worried!

Thanks

Sorry I misunderstood. By partner, you mean then business partner?

Your partner could try contacting Federal Foreign Office.
Also both of you contact business organisations etc. to help you out.

Meanwhile you should check with embassy weekly to see if they have an appointment for you.

What happened when you emailed them and/or filled appointment form online?

I told my Business Partner to access at Federal Office Berlin again.

What happened when you emailed them and/or filled appointment form online?

We cannot book appointment anymore from July 2.
The embassy has launched the registration procedure, the same as of family reunion registration.
I had registered at July 4.

After registration the webpage says (unfortunately):
You will have to wait about six (6) months to receive an appointment mail. Please note that this is an estimate !

What kind of business do you want to create?

Have you considered choosing a different EU state?

Dear Caravel88,

Thanks buddy.

Sorry for late reply.

Yes. unfortunately, it says 6 months (estimated) to wait.

I told my partner in Germany so he trying to reach the embassy to make a special request.
But unfortunately, the system is so bad that my Partner is also unable to reach the embassy.

He is trying since a month.
> He had sent the letter to the embassy.
> He had sent an email to the embassy.
> He had sent a fax to the embassy.
> He is still trying to make a call phone.

All the efforts are gone in vain.

What kind of business do you want to create?
I have my own manufacturing unit in Pakistan.
I wish to have my own office in Germany to sell products.

Have you considered choosing a different EU state?
Actually I have already established the company and I had already invested in Germany.

Just I need a visa.

Germany is the hub to European countries.
Low courier costs with next day deliveries.

Other European States are little expensive.

What should we do now? I am really worried!

Thanks

Your partner could try contacting Federal Foreign Office.
Also both of you contact business organisations etc. to help you out.

Meanwhile you should check with embassy weekly to see if they have an appointment for you.

What happened when you emailed them and/or filled appointment form online?

Dear Caravel88,

Thanks for your reply.

Partner is in hurry because it is getting late and the season is going to be off.
There is no sales.
So he was asking about my arrival everyday.

He had contacted at Berlin and they told to send an invitation to the embassy.
So he contacted the embassy himself.

He asked again yesterday. I have no reply what I say.
I am afraid, it may not result to dissolve our partnership.

Do I send a reminder letter to them?

Please advise!
I am very worried!

Thanks

If your partner can not reach the embassy, you can always also try the ministry of foreign affairs but it may not yield a different result.

If you do not want to wait, your only other option is to choose another EU state.
