Hi my name is graziana and I’m from Italy
My husband is from India we applied for visa in the uk
The home office came home about two weeks ago
And asked question to both of us
Today they came to say the application was refused and they took my husband in detention
They gave me a paper which is saying the application has been considered under regulation 8 of the immigration
We are only married for Islam religion
Plus they saying we didn’t provide adequate evidence
What do I do apart of going to my solicitor

We are together since two years
But we don’t have a contract of the first home
Because it was share and we didn’t use to pay any bills
However I have bank letter with that adress
But the only lettere my husband has is from the direct debit of odeon
He came as a student but he didn’t made again his visa
So basically he overstayed
