Transcript for visa interview

I graduated from a university in America and I am moving to London under teir2 visa.
The university provides a soft copy (digital) of the transcript. Will a print of the digital copy suffice?

while making a new application you should submit all original supporting documents. However you will get a checklist of what to send after application is complete online. You might not even need to send the transcript.
