Just as you said, that I should be very careful with the information I'll present in the new application and i don't want to do try and error to risk another ban, what do you reckon as the next step as I can't think of anything otherwise at the moment
Does omitting some information like parents details (name and dob) on the new application will have any effect or should I just say "I don't know". Another thing was that she has always put those details on her previous application and if I said I don't know would that leave an impact???
Thanks for the information, because I was going to say something like that and also ask if she can stay for three months.Route to ILR wrote: ↑Thu Jun 21, 2018 4:22 pmHictmoni12 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 21, 2018 6:07 amThank you for your prompt reply. In your new application, don't even think to say that she is coming here for child minding or looking after for kids so your wife can work. Otherwise its a straight refusal.
4 to 6 weeks enough to visit. Her documents are more important than yours. specially ties back home.ctmoni12 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 21, 2018 9:41 pmThanks for the information, because I was going to say something like that and also ask if she can stay for three months.Route to ILR wrote: ↑Thu Jun 21, 2018 4:22 pmHictmoni12 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 21, 2018 6:07 amThank you for your prompt reply.
