Employer Name Changed & Dependent VISA

Hello,

I have some serious concern. I was given CoS by ABC company and got VISA last year in October. I came to England and since have been working with them.

Now I am planning to bring my family on dependent VISA. But while going through recently given employment letter and salary I found, it's name is ADE. Means first letter is same but corresponding letters have been changed.

I talked with the director, who has been same in both the company but have changed name. He is saying it's same company and if any issue happens, he can happily demonstrate they are the same company down to the last paperclip.

Now I am confuse. Will dependent VISA application for my wife & daughter will have any impact from this?

Is it allowed or it's going to impact on my VISA as well?

Does someone have any experience in this?

No he hasn't. Just now I talked and he said he is going to do it.

I assume I should wait till it's not done. But how will it impact my own VISA as I have being paid by changed company name since I have come but they haven't updated...

I believe that the change of name is not the main issue here but failure to inform UKVI within the required period.

Nobody knows what will happen, I guess it depends on how long the name has changed without regularisation. the outcome could range from them just asking for all the required document and then update the name to revoking the licence. No one can really tell
