Hi all
I am on T1 Entrepreneur, got initial visa on this route in end of Nov 2013, Extension approved Mid March 2017. 5 years completing end of Nov 2018, planning to apply for ILR 28 days prior to 5 years completion which will be 1st week of Nov 2018.
Employee situation is as below:
Employee A: Full time -- April 17 - Dec 17 = 9 Months (left in Jan 18)
Employee B: Part time --April 17 - April 18 = 6.5 Months (13 part time months = 6.5 full time months, left in May 2018
Employee C: Part time -- April 17 -- Oct 18 = 9.5 Months ( 19 part time months = 9.5 full months, assuming will continue till Oct 18)
Employee D: Part time -- June 18 -- Oct 18 = 2.5 Months ( 5 part time months = 2.5 ful months, assuming will continue till Oct 18)
The above situation means my employment requirement is met. But the problem is that for Employee B I only have a copy of ILR page of non British passport...do not have first page of passport. Would this be accepted if I claim points using employee B's employment??
My computer crashed few days ago and I am unable to recover data from it. Some how have a paper copy of ILR page and nothing else for employee B. Claimed employment points for employee A & C during extension so have paper copies of their documents.If employment of employee B is wasted then hiring a full time employee for 3 months would safely fulfil my requirement of employment creation??
Please can I request Marcnath, Zimba88 and other senior member to advise.
