Tier-2 ICT... Dependent visa applying together but spouse joining after 7 months

Hi All,

My organizations has processed my tier 2 ICT for me and my dependent. Can we apply visa together and collect our BRP cards and then my spouse can come back to India and later join me after 7 months? or else will you suggest my spouse to apply for dependent after 7 months?

The problem in the second scenario is I am not sure whether my organization sponsor visa for my spouse after 7 months.

Looking forward for suggestions.
