ILR Dependent Salary

Hello,
My dependents are on Tier 1 dependent visa, while I am on Settlement visa now. My question is as they are now applying for Tier 1 extension in SET(o) Section 9 , do dependents need to show income / salary of their own of that on which they are dependent?
