Tier 2 ICT with new employer within 1 year of leaving UK

Hello Experts

I went to UK on Tier 2 ICT (Long Term) visa in Dec 2016. I left my job and UK in December 2017 (though my visa was valid till Dec 2018) and I joined another company in Jan 2018 (out of UK). Now my new employer is ready to send me UK on Tier 2 ICT (Long Term) visa. As I have not completed my 1 year with new employer so they are OK to give me CoS with higher salary (73000 Pounds per year). My question is, can I go to UK again now or will I have to complete my cooling off period of 1 year?
