HO visit at office for interview

Hi there
I did apply for Tier 1 inside the Uk. I had been called for interview, got refused and allowed appeal.
Now preparing for extension. From above queations, most of them I’ve been asked during interview in initial application.
From above list I’ve provided most of the documents. Almost all
Do u think I’ll be called for interview, and how they invite. Bcoz in initial application I’ve been receiving call. If they take interview, how long they take to send decesion after interview

They could call you for interview anytime, or they could make a decision without interview, no one can say. It also depends on what documents you submitted, your line of business, your immigration history and other criterias specific to you.
