Hi Experts,
I am going to apply for ILR soon from T2General. I am a bit confused about proof of English knowledge.
I have done my masters degree in Malaysia(UK univ affiliated college). The degree was issued by Staffordshire University, UK. Can I just include this M.Sc certificate as proof of my English language in the ILR application or do I have to get it NARIC approved?
The below is from the gov website
https://www.gov.uk/english-language/degrees-in-english
"If you have a degree from a UK university, you only need your original degree certificate."
but in SET(O), the option says
"the qualification was taught or researched in the UK
or a majority English speaking country (other than
Canada)"
My case is, I have a degree from UK university but not taught in the UK or in a majority English speaking country.
Please advice.
Thanks
