DX delivered ILR BRP card to unknown person

Hello.
I always find this board very useful.
DX courier delivered my ILR BRP card to unknown and have reported BRP as stolen.
What should be I do next? Looks like I have to send photos of letterbox and door picture but how shall I send this to home office? As there is only a phone number that I can use. I would really appreciate some help as I need to travel this month and feeling helpless... would I need to apply for another BRP?
