Switching from UK student visa to UK spouse visa

Hi everyone,
Please I need an urgent help with regards to switching from student visa to spouse visa.

I am a British citizen and I happen to meet with a Nigerian lover while I was doing my MSc. We have been dating since last year April n we both travel last year October to Barcelona (Spain) where I propose marriage to her and she accepted to be my wife.

I have been married before but i have divorced since 2016. hence, I found her n have to move on with my life.

I am at the point of formalising our marriage by going through Uk marriage registry. But my girlfriend lost her wallet and her student resident card was in it. However, we have applied for another and we don't know how long it will take for home office to reissue the replacement.

My questions are as follow.

1. Can We cancel normal application and apply for a fast track?

If yes, please how?

If no, can we proceed to the marriage registry without the BRP?

2. My girlfriend has her resident permit till first week November and we are not sure that the replacement BRP will arrive on time should we need it before the marriage registry could be conducted.

Does my girlfriend need a specific valid visa timeframe before I can get married to her in uk, giving that she has 4 months student visa left?

I look forward for urgent response that could help us get things right.
