Tier 2 ICT Dependant

Post by juturumadhu » Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:24 am

Hi
I am in UK on Tier 2 ICT PBS Dependent visa valid up to September 2021, My query is : If my main applicant has to go back to home country due to end of on-site assignment, then can I stay in UK up to 3 to 6 months and work in UK? In this case main applicant is NOT on UK payroll/salary but eligible of payroll in home country. Main applicant may come to UK after getting another assignment (this may take some time as well).

Thank & Regards

As long as your main applicant VISA is still valid (also yours), then you can stay. But likely if your partner sends back to home country by company, the employer needs to inform the HO and the VISA will be curtailed and also yours. But you will receive the letter from the HO if it is the case.
