Speeding offences

Post by Bakes25 » Thu Jun 28, 2018 12:09 pm

Hi, I am about to apply for naturalisation however I have a previous speeding offence on my record. I plead guilty under the single justice procedure which meant I didn’t go to court however the decision on my punishment was made by a magistrate outside court. It is the only offence known to me to date. Will that affect my application?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated

If it is just one, there are less chances of it having any negative impact.

Better to declare it in the application with sufficient details.
