ILR Application - Long Residency

Post by talharehmn1 » Thu Jun 28, 2018 4:39 pm

Hi Every one

I am due to apply for ILR on Long Residency Basis of 10 years. Currently I am on Tier 2 General with one of the companies earning over £28K yearly.

I am just wondering what documents would i need to submit with my application?

I have been working with this sponsor since Oct 2015. So at the end of Sep 2018. I'll be working with this employer for four years.

I was with another sponsor from Aug 2013 to Dec 2014.

I am aware that i need to provide the following:
1- Application form
2- English Language proof
3- Life in the UK proof
4- Fees for the application
5- All Passports
6- Current BRP card

Can someone kindly tell what other documents (if any) I need to add in the above list.

Many thanks

Yes, looks good, Talha.

How are you doing the calculation for the earliest date of eligibility?

Entry date minus 28 days?

My entry date is 17th August and when I am subtracting 28 days from 17th August, I am getting 21st July as the earliest date of eligibility.

However, I am not sure about my calculation. Kindly tell me how are you doing your calculation. Is the entry date supposed to be included in the count?

And are we talking about 28 calendar days here?

Please don't forget to include the application form and fill all mandatory sections. Also write your full name and DoB at the back of the two pictures.

The pictures need to be recent. Don't send them any pictures which you have already sent them with any previous application.

Good luck!
